“THE COURSE WAS BRILLIANT I LEARNT MORE ABOUT MYSELF ON THOSE 2 DAYS THAN ANY OTHER COURSE I HAVE BEEN ON.  I’VE THANKED NLT AND THANK YOU ALL FOR SENDING ME ON IT”

So, what happens after training?  To embed behaviours and newly learned skills is an additional commitment. One of the reasons most companies tend to cut back on training during downturns in the economy is that training is seen as a “non-essential” category.  This is incorrect and misguided.

The reason given is that, under normal conditions, training outcomes can be tricky to measure.  How do you measure the benefit of, for example, improved working relationships, on the bottom line?  It can be a very fuzzy area.

Luckily, the clients that choose to work with us have a passion about developing their people and this is always reflected in the bottom line: reduced staff turnover, greater loyalty when the going gets tough, fewer days off sick, greater productivity per head, more efficient working practices and many more.

Business and Management Skills

We use a proven ‘partnership’ approach. We work with you and your management teams to devise the programme that will work best, given your resources, manpower, time and budget.

We tailor our material to hit all the right spots.  Whether you need a one day course on Written Communications or wish to develop a departmental or cross-site programme for a Leadership and Development programme, we will be there, every step of the way, both during development, rollout and beyond.

Our experience with some of the biggest names in business means you are acting on the very best advice.

In short, your company does not survive on either its implementation of hard or soft skills, it’s always a mixture of the two.

Our skill lies in helping you to develop both in tandem.  We provide cyclical training which is then given space and time to breathe.

When successful outcomes are measured and the relevant analysis collected, we move on to the next stage, whether it be a new hard skill like personal management of time, or a soft, people-based skill such as Building Team Trust.

All of our courses and change programmes are designed around you, not the other way round.

If you have ever chosen an ‘off the shelf’ programme, you might know how disappointing they can be.

When dealing with people, a ‘one fits all’ package can often cause more problems than it might solve.

The jump to junior management can be a steep learning curve. Credibility, communication style, presenting skills and the ability to motivate others now become much more important. This two day course focuses delegates on these areas and more.

Why our Programmes Work:

O.K. Then What....?

“Just one final thing: I think that the performance management course is the most useful course I have ever attended. I find it easier now to understand my team and what makes them tick and if I have a poor performer, I need to spend time with them to give them some extra support. I can’t actually believe how powerful the message was although I did feel like I was dead at the end of the days!!!”

“The course was great. The part where we set out individual goals really helped me re-focus.”
